'Diaper Man' is actually Sean Kelly.

He's 40 years old — and way too old for diapers.

Kelly was officially charged with two counts of organized fraud of less than $20,000 by the Brevard State Attorney's office in February. He was sentenced to a year of house arrest and four years of probation Monday. Judge Robert Wohn also ordered a psychological evaluation of Kelly, reports Florida Today.

Women told authorities he wore diapers as part of a ruse to trick women into believing he was an incontinent mentally disabled man so they would provide caregiver services, reports Florida Today in Melbourne.

Kelly sometimes found women through postings on Craigslist.org. He would call them pretending to be the brother of the disabled man who needed care. But there was no brother — it was Kelly, reports Florida Today.

Kelly told the women that his disabled adult brother needed constant care, including being fed and having his diaper changed, authorities said. He told one woman that his adult brother had the mental capacity of a 5-year-old and that "his brother" could come to her Melbourne house because he lived with his aunt nearby.

The charade ended when that woman's husband followed Kelly one day and saw him get into a car and drive away.

The women also told police Kelly failed to pay them for their services.

Lt. Tod Goodyear, who heads the sex crimes unit of the sheriff's office, said he believed Kelly had a fetish where adults want to be fed from bottles and wear diapers, reports Florida Today.

Looks like he could use a little "Huggie."
