These droopy booties win the “SAG” awards.

A plastic surgeon is going viral online after revealing the dreaded “diaper booty” women experience after getting a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) — and the horrors that come along with a droopy derriere.

Dr. Alex Earle, a double board-certified plastic surgeon based in Miami, is known on TikTok for his tips on how to prevent a “saggy” backside, which he says can be avoided through proper surgery skills.

The 45-year-old, who has been practicing for 10 years, has issued a warning about the horrors that can come when BBLs go wrong.

“One of the things you definitely want to avoid with a BBL is that dreaded diaper booty,” Dr. Earle said in a TikTok with over 15,000 views, showing examples of the “unwanted” outcome — including one patient who was forced to wear a literal diaper.

“Diaper booty,” he explained to his 75,000 TikTok followers, happens when too much fat is added into the bum and the body can’t hold it up — so, it falls.

Dr. Earle — who even put his own twist on the famed BBL, calling it the South Beach butt lift (SoBeBBL) — also shared other dreadful outcomes when surgeries are botched, including what has become known as “ant booty.”

“The other thing you want to avoid is what some people call the ‘ant booty’ and this is when it looks like it was stuck on there,” he continued. “It doesn’t flow with the thighs and doesn’t look like it belongs to that patient’s frame or foundation.”

To avoid those non-aesthetic results, Dr. Eagle recommends that surgeons — like him — customize the booty size that’s right for each patient’s body type.

“We want to make sure that all the transitions are smooth and that the booty and hips flow with that patient’s thighs and the rest of their body,” he said. “So if you don’t want your grandchildren making fun of your diaper booty when you get older, you best come here where we will take care of you.”

Calling his method of BBL an “enhanced, natural look,” Dr. Eagle told Jam Press he’s actually seen a trend of more people seeking a reduction because they want a more natural-looking butt.

“Lately, I’ve seen more people come in for reductions, having overdone their buttocks in the past and wanting to opt for a look that better complements their natural body shape,” he said. “Everything changes with the times and now, with someone like Nicki Minaj, people might think she’s too ‘overdone.’”

Patients, he continued, want “seamless curves” and something timeless, rather than what’s trendy and could potentially look fake.

“I’ve also seen more patients coming back for reductions and I forecasted this, as the increase in ‘overdone’ buttocks in the past are coming back for a new trend,” he said.

He maintained that his take on the classic BBL — the SoBeBL — “is more ‘natural,’ making the butt look like an upside-down heart of sorts.”

Shocked viewers in the comments were quick to shower the doc with praise for “doing it right” — and poke fun at the botched booties.

“If I would ever get a bbl I would do it with him. He has the best bbl,” one user said.

“Doing it right!! One day, you’re gonna see this tragic body! One day!!! I can’t wait!!” said another who championed Dr. Eagle.

“I’m coming to see you!!!” commented another.

“I can’t wait to come see you for this,” someone else chimed in amongst the chorus of others rushing to book a consultation.

“Looks like Kim K,” quipped another user, followed by two laughing face emojis.

But Dr. Eagle doesn’t just enhance the bum, he claimed he can even “age-reverse” women’s derrieres.

“I made one patient look like she’d gone from 60 to 35, dramatically changing her look,” he said. “Many women whom I consult often have a straight, rectangular body shape or feel their butts have seen better days as age impacts the form and feel.”

Even after surgery, patients must maintain a balanced diet and get regular exercise, which is why Dr. Earle refuses to perform the procedure on women whose BMI is over 30. On his page, he’s also clear about the extensive aftercare, which involves not sitting directly on the buttocks for six weeks.

“Having a BBL can be very powerful for a patient, it can completely transform their body,” he said, adding that he’s transparent with patients about the accompanying risks.

“However, you have to understand that it’s a big surgery and can take its toll on the mind and body – that’s why it’s so important to get a surgeon who is honest about the experience and what the end result could look like.”

Online, Dr. Eagle warns against cheap or unsafe surgeons, which can cause botched BBL procedures as demand rises due to the trendy, Kardashian-esque slim-thick look.

Earlier this year, one woman revealed photos of her damaged, rotting skin, while another claimed she nearly died from the surgery from hell. In fact, the procedure was fatal for one young woman from the Bronx, who passed the morning after her BBL due to a toxic concoction of medications in her system from the “little shop of horrors” that performed the surgery.
