AG Balderas Investigating Complaints On Huggies Brand Diapers; Requests Information From Public

ALBUQUERQUE — New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas is investigating allegations that Huggies brand diapers are causing serious negative skin reactions on children wearing the diapers. 

Reports indicate that reactions can range from mild irritation to serious medical conditions. 

To assist in the investigation, the Attorney General is seeking information from New Mexicans about any reactions their children have experienced while using Huggies products.  

“I am deeply concerned that infants and toddlers may be at risk, and I am committed to ensuring products sold in New Mexico are safe for our children,” Attorney General Balderas said.

Consumers that have any information that would assist the Attorney General in this investigation, are urged to file a consumer complaint online or by calling a consumer advocate toll free at 1.844.255.9210, prompt 5.
