Who said new fathers can’t get up for the 3 a.m. feedings, change diapers, or ‘round the clock tending to the baby?

Well, rapper A$AP Rocky is proving them all wrong because just when he and Rihanna’s newborn son came into this world on May 13, his fatherly instincts kicked in and he’s leaped into his parenting duties quite well.

According to Hollywood Life, a source close to the couple has revealed exclusively that the new father is a natural at parenthood and is doing everything he can to support his new family. Being there every step of the way, he “has been such a huge support system.”

The insider revealed the new father has been quick to help with everything.

“He wasn’t afraid or hesitant whatsoever to get in there and start changing diapers, waking up with the baby in the middle of the night, rocking him to sleep, etc.” they said. “He’s trying to help in any way he can and wants to let Rihanna get as much rest as possible.”

You know how when they say once you have a baby, your whole perspective on life changes? Well apparently, that seemed to have happened to A$AP Rocky as his whole perspective has changed and is just in awe of the new baby.

“Before his son was [born], Rocky kept saying he was going to have the flyest baby on earth. But right now, that’s the last thing on his mind because he’s just so grateful he has a beautiful, healthy son. He still can’t believe that this baby is all theirs, he fell in love with his son from the moment he met him,” the source told Hollywood Life.

Also, seeing Rocky step into fatherhood with such ease has made the “Work” popstar fall in love with him all over again. According to another source close to Rihanna, the new experience has been great for their relationship.

“Rocky’s been everything. She’s told her friends that she can’t imagine doing this with anyone but him by [her] side. He’s just supportive and loving. Seeing him hold their son makes her love him in a whole new way,” Hollywood Life reported.

With all that being said, it’s quite obvious the new parents are on cloud nine.
